I was originally called by Simon from Charles Simon Associates regarding a prospective role. Nothing out of the ordinary, however there was a subsequent delay to the recruitment process and during this time both Simon and his business partner kept me informed at regular intervals with honest, meaningful, and practical updates and negotiation on a prospective role. Charles Simon thereafter honoured their promises after the role was put on hold by the client in that they did not over promise or commit on anything they were not practically able to deliver. What was also notable was a “message of good luck Prior to starting the new role, in addition to ensuring or checking I was in a suitable position and in readiness to begin a new role. In conclusion I would 100 per cent recommended and also as a final word Charles Simon refuse to engage in additional fluffiness or wordy engagements which some recruitment agencies all to often deliver, but thereafter fail to back up when speculative, or even, actual prospective job roles fall flat to the ground.
