Telecoms Engineer

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Telecoms Engineer on a permanent basis for our prestigious fast growing business based in the heart of Manchester.

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum,

Skills/Requirements for theTelecoms Engineer: 

• Previous experience working with RingCentral products is vital
• Strong Telecommunications background
• Experience of both remote and face to face support
• Experience of working within NGN platform management
• Ability to support and implement PBX SIP VoIP systems

Start date is ASAP for the Telecoms Engineer

The Telecoms Engineer will be responsible for:

• Supporting and maintaining the company’s Telecommunications services
• Being a key member of the cloud telephony project team
• Providing billing support regarding our 3rd party suppliers.
• Resolving telecommunications related faults quickly and efficiently.
• Updating the knowledge base.
• Innovating and Continuing Service Improvements.
• Being pro-active in suggesting and proposing new technologies to support the businesses.
• Identifying on-going improvements to existing business systems
• Working within SLA and KPI targets to agreed business priorities.
